I really valued Jess’s flexibility and patience, as setting the starting date for this collaboration date proved to be somewhat trickier than I’d anticipated, so I was grateful that the uncertainty never phased her. Communication was easy and enjoyable, and she delivered on time. She brought her editing skills to proofreading and was able to make some suggestions for me to consider beyond this collaboration, and she was also helpful in pointing me in the direction of resources that I’d need further down the line.

Sometimes words just go into the ears and into the brain. These went into my blood.
